About me

I am a woman walking her own path. For a long time, my life was shaped by perfectionism, constant work, and the desire to understand and control everything. In the process, I gradually lost the connection to myself.

The plants and nature helped me slow down and begin listening to myself again. Over time, I started to recognize how deeply my inner voice had been overshadowed by familial and societal conditioning.

Through my connection with the plants, I was able to come closer to my own essence — to my deep love, my inner path, and to what truly touches me and makes me feel alive. Today, I know that my sensitivity was never the problem — it simply wanted to be seen.

For many years now, I have carried the desire to live more in harmony with nature and to create bridges between different worlds.

My path

For more than twenty years, I have been walking a path of learning shaped by shamanic work, plant wisdom, and the connection between humans and nature.

The encounters with plants, in particular, have deeply transformed my path. Through them, I began to trust my perception more deeply and to open myself to what cannot always be explained by the mind.

Many experiences along this journey have taught me to slow down, to listen more closely within, and to see nature not as something separate from us, but as something we are in relationship with.

My path has been shaped by shamanic practice, herbal wisdom, spagyric healing, life and social counseling — and above all by the deep connection to nature and to the plant beings who have accompanied, guided, and taught me over many years.

Astrology, too, has become a valuable companion for me, helping me to perceive cycles, inner movements, and deeper connections with greater awareness.

My Relationship with the Plants

The plant beings have been accompanying me for many years. Every encounter with them feels, in its own unique way, like coming home. Even after all this time, I am still amazed by how gently, clearly, and lovingly they can meet us.

When we begin to truly listen to them, they can become wonderful teachers and companions along the way. I believe that every human being carries the ability to enter into relationship with nature. Many of us have simply forgotten how deeply and subtly we are able to perceive.

Through a conscious connection with plants, spaces often begin to open that are filled with wonder, trust, love, and a deep sense of belonging. The plants remind us that we are not separate — that we are held, guided, and connected, even in times when we feel lost or alone.

What Inspires Me Today

Nature moves me in all its expressions:
the plants, the cycles, the turning of the seasons
and the subtle worlds in between.

But above all, I am moved by the question
of how we as women can remember again —
our own wisdom,
our inner knowing,
and our deep connection with nature.

For this, I open spaces.
Quiet. Clear. Held.

If you feel touched by my words,
perhaps we meet at exactly the right time.

I look forward to meeting you.
